We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If you would like to return your order you will have to notify us by email to the following email address: shop@meowbaby.uk .

The return address is in London and it will be provided to you once we accept the return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The return shipping cost is covered by the customer.

We will issue a refund once we receive your item and check it. The refund will be issue in a couple of working days after receiving the order.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalised items and custom made products.

- A product delivered in a sealed package cannot be returned after opening the package. Please note sometimes the MeowBaby Sofa might be delivered in a sealed package and they cannot be returned once the sealed package has been opened.
